Hope sent a long email last night, the great thing was, she got on the internet to check her emails early! So I actually got to bed at a decent hour last night. She sems to be doing very well. When I aasked her if she got transferred this was her response: No, but my companion did :( so did Sister C's companion :( so we are alone just the two of us and it is a bit creepy, but it's only until Thursday when we go and pick up our new companions, cause we are training .... and I am super nervous about it! I don't speak the language, and now i have to teach people, luckily the branch president is more than willing to help us, so he is getting us fellowshippers everyday for like 12 weeks! I hope! oh gosh I am seriously freaking out here! I know that she will be just fine, she will be a great trainer.
Here are some pictures of the 4 room-mates before 2 of them left for another area:

So here is Hope's long email, I seems a little jumbled, but she only had a small amount of time to write it: So here it is:
My week so far has gone good, the zoo last Monday was so much fun and my zone leader got a priceless video of me and sister C. and I am having him copy it to a flash drive to send to you :) you will laugh haha. And then we taught some people and it was great I am starting to talk to people more and BT which is build trust and relationships. I teach this one recent convert girl and I just love her she is so sweet, and she helps me with my Tagalog:) and we usually teach her on Monday evenings after P-Day and I just love teaching her and her cousin who is like 36 is a Tagalog teacher so when I go there I learn a lot :) They are so nice I got my picture taken with them yesterday so I’ll attach it. Then on Tuesday we taught this woman she is such a sweet woman and she always wants to hug me haha.
Then we went to the another family and they are so nice. I hope they come to church! Ha and then we went to and she made us Pansit and it was so delicious! I love visiting she is so smart and she learns so much, and her husband is finally starting to listen to our discussions. And then we went and visited she is the daughter of a recent convert. and we get along great because my first week here I thought I was gonna die and I was being very negative in my head and then we went to visit _ and she was so nice and so sweet and so I look up to her cause she is so positive for how hot this place is! She wants to get baptized but she has to come to church for at least 4 Sundays and then she is good to go :) And then we went and taught antoehr family, the son was my first baptism anywho he has a sister and I just love her she is so smart and she is so nice she is 15 or 16 I can't remember but she is so receptive to the messages and she will do great things I just know it! Her dream is to come to the US and I told her our door is always opened to her! I love teaching this family, right now we are preparing the Mom for baptism yay! So hopefully she'll get baptized on the 27th of July and confirmed on the 28th whoot whoot! I sure hope so! I am so glad that my birthday is on a Sunday because I will get to go where there is air conditioning! :)
Anywho so on Wednesday we went to someones house again and while my companion was teaching our investigator I just sat there showing the picture book to her kids so that they wouldn't scream! :) then we went toto another investigators house who is preparing for baptism. she is so nice even though I don't understand a single word she says cause she speaks Ilocano... but she will be baptized. or else! Then we went and visited all the 3 who got baptized last Saturday it was good they are so happy! So I was just reminded about something that happened this week, so I was in the bathroom about to shower when Sister C. screamed 'SISTER KENFIELD’ come here' so I wrapped up in my towel and ran into the laundry room and there was a huge spider that she needed me to kill because surprisingly I kill all the bugs around our apartment haha, and so many cockaroaches have lost their lives because of me, ha which reminds me of another story. So me and Sister C. were in the laundry room the other night around 10pm and I looked over near our stove and there was a hug cockroach so I grabbed the pliers we use to turn on the stove and I smashed it but it only lost the bottom half of itself, but it was still alive and twitching, so right before I cleaned it up I said who is cooking tomorrow I hope it's C. and it was! So I thought I would leave it for her to find in the morning haha cause she hates bugs and lizards and frogs. Anyway so the next morning I went and was sitting at my desk waiting for her to go in the laundry room to the stove, so when she finally went in she wasn't even there for 3 seconds before she was yelling 'Sister Kenfield I hate you' and I played dumb and asked 'why now?' and she said 'ewww its still twitching' I ran in there and yes it was still twitching and it had been like 10 hours....
Anywho so back to Thursday we had a district meeting and it went great! Then we went and visited another convert. who is this lady who got baptized a few months ago and she is awesome she refers all her friends, anywho I just love teaching her cause she is so awesome and she loves church. She always goes every week even if she doesn't have any money and she starts walking to church at 3am so she'll be there on time. :) She is a wonderful woman I love her!
Then we went to some referrlas from a member and she has 2 little children. Then we went to another family and taught a child she is so cute! She is the smallest person I have ever seen, she is so little! :) but she is so cute and she always sings for us :) she sang Army of Helamen in Tagalog and I am still in awww!
Ok and then we have an investigator family theMom came to church yesterday with her 2 youngest sons! I was so happy to see her there! :) Friday we went with the Elder couple one of my investigators and it was good because everyone that was there listened, we got like 5 new investigators that day! :) then we went to the guy that literally lives on the beach! So we went again ha-ha it was so pretty, prettier than the one we usually go to, I have pics :) after that we went and visiteda less active member, but he has been coming to church lately so Yay! :) he fellowships with us when we teach his cousin, Tagalog and English so it's super helpful :) then we went to the another family's house and taught them all, and then they had us eat this really delicious soup; and I don't even wanna know what was in it but I ate it :) Oh I also ate some kind of egg dish NO it wasn't Balut GROSS! T
hen on Saturday we went and did some visiting a new convert and her daughter. she got baptized a few months ago and she has 2 cute little daughters, Sister P. has a really cute picture of me with one of them so I hope she sends it to you Then this part of her email was just answers to what I had put in my email to her: I am so glad to hear that the summer games went well and now that they are over what are you gonna do to fill your time? When was your little get together or when is it? I am so glad you had helped this year :) I am so glad that Cierra went to GC this year tell her I was jealous of her! Dad is a hero that is for sure, when people ask me about my family I always say that my Dad is my hero! :) And he is! I can't believe the Old Coca-Cola place burned, that would not be fun and not getting any sleep would be even less fun. Sorry there are so many typing errors I am typing so fast and I haven't been studying English so I may lose it. Why did faith move? And isn't Kerissa married? haha well I am happy for her I hope she saves up :) I know this email is super long, I’ll attach pictures now.
So here are some pictures that she sent, I hope that you enjoy them:
